Three consecutive years saw one of Belgium's most spectacular light installations shine until 2020, the year of the global pandemic. Our Oostende tunnel of light has filled the city's Adolf Buylstraat street during Christmas of the last years of "normality" generating an increasing expectation before its inauguration.
More than 200 meters of tunnel lined by 95,880 points of LED pixel light collected light shows custom designed by our team for Oostende. It is an inspired tunnel of light - at the request of the client - in which Calle Larios de Málaga presided for several years. In both designs, the entrances were filled with colored methacrylate stars that provided a unique color play during the day.

At night, thousands of people stopped for a while inside and outside the tunnel of light to enjoy with family and friends live light shows enlivened on many occasions by interventions by well-known Belgian faces.
But what is the impact of almost 100,000 points of light? It might seem like a lot, but regardless of the size of the project, our facilities are always developed with LED technology. With it, in the Oostende light tunnel we have saved more than 60% in energy consumption and CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
